Travis Kelce It’s officially countdown to the altar. The Kansas Metropolis Chiefs star player shared a rare glimpse of his feelings about his wedding with superstar Taylor Swiftrevealing the detail that excites him most about the ceremony.
During a episode of your podcast Original HeightsTravis and his brother Jason Kelce spoke with professional golfer Rory McIlroy. It was in this space where the topic of nuptials arose, when McIlroy compared the experience of winning the Masters to the surreal atmosphere of a wedding.
“Travis, you’re going to feel it this year when you’re sitting at your wedding and you have all the people from your childhood in one room… it’s surreal and incredible,” McIlroy said.
Kelce, with a smile that his followers were quick to notice, responded enthusiastically: “I can’t wait”.
A unique reunion
For Kelce, the most exciting thing is not just the exchange of vows, but the opportunity to bring together all of his loved ones.from his childhood friends in Ohio to his NFL teammates, under one roof with Swift’s family and friends.
Although the couple has attempted to keep details under wraps, close sources recently reported that the wedding will take place in New York City next July 3dismissing previous rumors about Rhode Island.
The couple got engaged in August 2025 after two years of dating.
With preparations underway and Kelce’s excitement running high, the event promises to be the social event of the year.
