A three-year-old boy died in Mexicali, Baja California, after staying for more than 12 hours in a car, where suffered heat stroke.
The youngest He was found dead in the back seat of the vehicle.. According to national media such as the newspaper La Jornada, the child would have been forgotten after his mother, in a state of intoxication, returned home during the early hours of the morning after attending a party and did not get him out of the car.
After waking up the next day, he would have realized the situation and, when he went to look for his son, he found him without vital signs.
In Mexicali, Mexico, a woman went out partying drunk carrying her 3-year-old son. When she returned, she left him asleep in the car and she stayed asleep until 11 in the morning. By then, the child had died from extreme heat and lack of air.

According to research, The victim remained strapped into his car seat for several hours.without the possibility of getting out, while the temperatures inside the vehicle would have exceeded forty five degrees Celsius, conditions that caused his death due to hyperthermia or heat stroke.
The body was located at noon on Saturday, May 2. Experts from the Forensic Medical Service confirmed that there were no signs of violence, but there were first-degree burns on the extremities, a product of prolonged exposure to heat.
After the events, the minor’s mother was detained by Baja California authorities and placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry, under investigation for the crime of omission of care.
The case has generated social outrage and revived the call from authorities not to leave minors inside vehicles, since the temperature can rise quickly and cause death in a matter of minutes.
