André-Pierre Gignac has left a mark on the UANL Tigres. The French forward ended his relationship with the Mexican team. However, the club’s board of directors hope be able to retain Gignac. The doors opened for the former Marseille player in the offices of the university complex.
The new president of the UANL Tigers, Carlos Gonzalezoffered his impressions of André-Pierre Gignac. The leader is aware of what Gignac represents for the institution. This is why they offer the French striker a position off the pitch.

Carlos Emilio González does have plans to have Gignac as a manager in Tigres but when he decides to be ready:

Carlos González is convinced that André-Pierre Gignac can take over an administrative role within the club. All the experience of the French forward can be used for the team from an institutional point of view. It would be a complex decision. It is worth taking into account that Gignac is on the MLS radar.
“When he is ready, prepared, I would love to have him as part of my team because he can contribute a lot to the club. What made him great as a player, if he prepares well and gives him time, he can easily become a great executive for the good of himself and hopefully for Tigres as well,” he added.
