Bombings from the United States and Israel killed the intelligence chief of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard this MondayThis military body confirmed after local media reports.
“General Majid Jademi, the powerful and trained leader of the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, died as a martyr in the criminal terrorist attack of the American-Zionist enemy (…) today at dawn“, he indicated on his Telegram channel.
Shortly before the Iranian confirmation, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz had announced Jademi’s death and highlighted that he was “one of the direct perpetrators” of Iranian attacks against civilian areas in Israel and “one of the three senior officials” of the military body. “We will continue pursuing them one by one,” he threatened.
Jademi, who held the position of major general, was appointed responsible for intelligence of the Revolutionary Guard in June 2025.following the death of his predecessor Mohamad Kazemi in last year’s conflict with Israel.
Since the start of the war on February 28, numerous senior military officials have been assassinated, including the commander-in-chief of the Revolutionary Guard, General Mohammad Pakpur, and the chief of staff of the Iranian armed forces, General Abdorrahim Mousavi.
