Yina Calderón has declared that last night was her last participation in the galas of “The House of the Famous 6“.
Through their digital platforms, the panelist of Colombian origin said the following: “From tomorrow I will not be accompanying you on the panel. I am very comfortable with my work; I have tried to do it as best as possible. I have tried to change and grow… The panel taught me to be slower, not to interrupt… To become much more professional. “I will always be grateful to Telemundo for the opportunity they gave me.”
At the moment the reasons why Yina will no longer be a panelist are unknown. Being one of the most loved by the public, because we have really seen her seek to be professional and impartial. Telemundo has not yet given a statement regarding what Calderón confirmed.
Despite having her own tastes in depraved the game that she knows how to give within a current reality, as a critic she has always tried to go beyond what she likes, but to take into account the context of the process of this house. Something we cannot say about panelists like Cristina Porta, whose personal agenda today is to be the maximum “enemy and detractor” of Curvy Zelma and Celinee Santos.
We hope that Yina’s absence is due to a new project related to the house, or to Telemundo, because she has proven to have the ability not only to criticize, but also to conduct. The truth is that competent panelists should receive a permanent contract.
Yina Calderón, Samira Jalil, Anette Cuburu, René Franco and Horacio Villalobos, this season, should be a constant, because then their criteria on a daily basis would be strengthened. Rotating them as they have done in this edition seems to me to be a bad exercise for the narrative continuity of each one.
