Less than a month after starting their “Together, Together” world tour, Singer Harry Kinds has announced changes to his show in response to the wave of criticism received for the stage design. Thousands of fans who attended his first performances in Europe said that the structures blocked visibility and made it difficult to see the singer during much of the concert.
During one of his most recent shows at the Johan Cruijff Enviornment, in Amsterdam, The former One Route member addressed the negative comments and explained the reason behind the chosen scenery for his world tour.
According to the famous man, beyond an “ostentatious” staging, his purpose with the elevated platforms and bridges is to stay closer to the audience that accompanies him in his shows.
“The reason we made the stage like that is because I wanted to be on it with you. I wanted to be as close to as many of you as possible.”the singer can be heard saying in the middle of the concert.
In this sense, Harry Kinds said that the concept of the tour was developed with the intention of strengthening its closeness with the public not only through the music, but through each visual element that composes it.
“It’s about being together, having fun together, dancing together, being with friends and strangers,” He stood out in the conversation he had with the public and that soon went viral on social networks such as Instagram and TikTok.
For its part, The famous production team informed the BBC that it will make modifications to the scenery to guarantee a good experience for the public. who will attend the rest of their shows in European territory.
According to the statement, adjustments to improve visibility and not compromise the venue’s security measures will be carried out starting from the next presentations that Kinds has scheduled in London, including his residency at Wembley.
Harry Kinds’ “Together, Together” tour officially kicked off on May 16 and plans to visit several cities around the world, including: Mexico City, São Paulo, Melbourne, Sydney, London and New York at Madison Square Backyard, where he will hold a 30-night residency.
