Predominant hypothesis: homicide-suicide
Investigators consider a homicide-suicide as the predominant line of investigation, in which The man would have shot his wife before taking his own life.
The case is being handled by the county sheriff’s office, along with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the medical examiner’s office, which continue to gather evidence to clarify what happened.
The couple had been married for approximately 15 years and lived in a mobile home, a lifestyle that Anissa actively shared on social networks. In their publications, both showed a close relationship, with affectionate messages and everyday scenes in the camp where they worked as hosts.
Relatives and acquaintances described Anissa as a “joyful” and “spontaneous” person, while those close to Christopher pointed out that he often publicly expressed his love for his wife.
Relatives question the official version
Despite the authorities’ hypothesis, family members have expressed their difficulty in accepting that possibility. Some close friends stated that the relationship seemed stable and that there were no obvious signs of conflict.
“They were a very beloved couple,” said one family member, who described the event as “deeply tragic” and difficult to understand.
The case remains under investigation while the circumstances surrounding the deaths are analyzed. Authorities have not disclosed additional details about possible background or factors that could have influenced the outcome.
