The Met Gala is not only the largest charity event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, but the stage where fashion becomes art and narrative.

Over the years, Latin celebrities, especially Mexican ones, have used this showcase to demonstrate their global influence.collaborating with the most prestigious haute couture houses in the world.

Salma Hayek It remains the undisputed benchmark of perseverance and style. Her career at the gala began in 1997 with a minimalist and sophisticated black Versace dress, a gift from Johnny Depp that marked a milestone for its simplicity.

Over time, Hayek has evolved towards more complex interpretationslike the acclaimed red Gucci with pearl details from 2023, which paid tribute to Karl Lagerfeld, or Alexander McQueen’s ethereal design in 2011.
