For its part, in the analysis ZipRecruiter indicated that The health sector is one of the sectors that has had the most job growth in recent years, and more than a third of graduates in this area claim that it was the best decision they made, since the demand is high, especially for those who work as nurses or caregivers.
The uncertainty of many young graduates today is also salary remuneration; Many consider that the salary is not enough for the roles they play. In addition to the wave of layoffs and job cuts due to the incorporation of artificial intelligence into operating systems, some fear being replaced by new and advanced technologies.
