North Korea fired multiple short-range ballistic missiles in two rounds on Wednesdaythe South Korean military reported, hours after detecting the launch of an “unidentified projectile” from the North Korean capital, Pyongyang, in a measure that overshadows Seoul’s optimism for an improvement in inter-Korean relations.
