Arizona authorities revealed disturbing new details about the murder of Heather Marin, a 50-year-old woman who was allegedly executed by her husband in the middle of a separation and divorce process.
Robert Marin, 60, is accused of shooting his wife outside the family home in Waddell, a community about 30 miles west of Phoenix.
According to court documents cited by Laws & Crimethe couple’s youngest daughter, 17 years old, witnessed the attack that occurred on March 16.
The teenager stated that she heard her mother begging for her life.
“Please decide on, don’t kill me, decide on, don’t kill me,” Heather Marin reportedly shouted before being shot.according to the statement presented by the police.

Prosecutors maintain that, after the attack, The teenager desperately tried to save her mother performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers.
Meanwhile, Robert Marin allegedly walked away from the scene, entered the garage of the home and began smoking a cigarette, despite having his wife’s blood on his clothes and shoes.
The young woman allegedly yelled at him: “Why would you do this?”, according to the probable cause statement released in the case.
When officers arrived at the residence, they found Heather Marin dead at the scene and arrested the suspect inside the garage.
The authorities indicated that the accused fell to his knees when he saw the officers and was detained without making a statement. In addition, the agents claimed to smell a strong odor of alcohol on him.
Robert Marin faces charges of first-degree murder, domestic violence, disorderly conduct with a weapon and tampering with evidence.
Since his arrest He remains in custody on $2 million cash bail.
This week, the defense requested a reduction in bail, a request that was rejected by the victim’s relatives during a court hearing.
Aaron Cooley, Heather Marin’s brother, expressed fear that the defendant could be released before trial.
“It is a danger to my family,” he said.
Cooley also asserted that There was a history of abuse within the relationship and that his sister had been going through marital problems for years.
Prosecutors also indicated that there is evidence of previous unreported episodes of domestic violence, as well as threatening messages that Robert Marin would have sent to his wife.
Court documents show the defendant had previously faced domestic violence-related charges in Ohio in 1994, as well as a disorderly conduct case in 1986.
The couple was separated at the time of the crime.
According to the researchers, Heather Marin was no longer residing in the family home at the time of the attack. Her brother stated that she went to the scene after receiving a call from her daughter and hearing screams during the phone conversation.
Police maintain that an argument related to the couple’s separation may have triggered the fatal attack.
The case remains under judicial process while the victim’s family demands that the accused remain detained until the trial.
