In a statement, the official hospitality headquarters of the Government of Mexico in Los Angeles reported that will project live the first three matches of the Mexican Soccer Teamin addition to offering two family festivals and a salsa concert.

Casa México, which has its headquarters in LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes, in the El Pueblo neighborhood of Los Angeles, will inaugurate its activities on June 11, with the broadcast of the opening match of the 2026 World Cup between the teams of Mexico and South Africawhich will be held in Mexico City.

Later, Casa México Los Ángeles will present on a giant screen the matches against South Korea, on June 18, and against the Czech Republic, on June 24.
Depending on the performance of the team led by Javier Aguirre in the World Cup, Casa México will announce additional screeningsas well as other cultural activities.
“Casa México Los Angeles 2026 It will be a meeting space to proudly celebrate our rootssupport the Mexican National Team and share the cultural wealth of our country with all the communities of Southern California,” said the Consul General of Mexico in Los Angeles, Carlos González Gutiérrez.

The consul expressed that the desire of Casa México is that each visitor feels at home and lives a true celebration of unity.
House Mexico announced that it will celebrate two family festivalson Sunday, June 28 and Saturday, July 11, the latter with the participation of three youth mariachis.
On Family Days, part of LA Plaza’s emblematic programs, activities, workshops and entertainment will be offered for children and adults, with music and the presence of different states of the Mexican Republic to promote its culture, gastronomy and tourist offer.

During the five weeks of the 2026 World Cup, Those attending Casa México will be able to visit the activity “Weaving networks”by the artist Betsabé Romero, which consists of a sculptural goal, woven with the participation of the community.
The proposal integrates representations of pre-Hispanic ball players and contemporary soccer players.
