Kentucky authorities reported that they are in the search for a 22-year-old college student, identified as Murry Alexis Foustwho was last seen on April 27 in the Latonia neighborhood of Covington.
According to the Covington Police Division, the most recent surveillance images show the Northern Kentucky College girl walking in the area around 6:00 p.m., carrying a light-colored backpack.
Investigation without evidence of crime
The police reported that, So far, there are no signs that the disappearance is related to a criminal act.. However, authorities stressed that concerns remain about the student’s safety.
Specialized teams, including water rescuers and drone operators, are participating in the search operation.
The young woman’s father indicated that unconfirmed reports of possible sightings have been received, although none have been verified.
Friends of Foust noted that the student planned to attend classes on the day of her disappearance. His phone was found in his residence, while his backpack appeared on the university campus.
University collaborates in the search
The university confirmed that it is cooperating with authorities and expressed concern about the situation. The student is studying Fine Arts and was close to graduating.
Authorities urge anyone with relevant information to contact Covington police, highlighting that citizen collaboration may be key to locating the young woman.
