A Hispanic who was part of a class action lawsuit against the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service (ICE) was released this Thursday night from the ICE Processing Center in Adelanto.
Pasadena resident Isaac Villegas Molina left the ICE facility on April 23 in San Bernardino County, a week after he was arrested for the second time.
The members of the community who expressed their support for the release of Villegas Molina assured that His arrest was linked to his participation in a class action lawsuit in which it was alleged that the raids carried out by ICE agents are unconstitutional.

The representative of the United States, Judy Chu, met this Friday with the supporters of Villegas Molina to protest conditions at the Adelanto ICE Processing Centerwhich were described as inhumane.
“Isaac feels bad right now. It’s because it comes from Adelanto, which is a place with a terrible history. Since Trump’s second term began, five people have died, either in custody at Adelanto or shortly after being transferred from there,” Chu stated.
He Department of Homeland Security (DHS) responded to the release of Villegas Molina, whom he described as a “criminal undocumented immigrant,” alleging that the Hispanic had remained in the country 13 years longer than his expired tourist visa allowed.

Villegas Molina was arrested for the first time in June 2025and was released on bail after a judge determined that he did not pose a danger to the community and was not a flight risk.
