Christina Applegate was hospitalized amid her fight against multiple sclerosis

The actress Christina Applegate was hospitalized in Los Angelesaccording to recent reports that set off alarms among his followers.

According to close sources cited by media such as TMZ and Page Six, Applegate was admitted to the health center at the end of March and would have remained under observation since then.

Although the specific reasons for his hospitalization have not been made public, his battle with multiple sclerosis (MS)—diagnosed in 2021—has been a path full of physical challenges.

When asked for information, his representative, Ame Van Ilden, limited himself to stating: “I have no comment on whether he is in the hospital or what his medical treatments are.. “She has had a long history of complicated medical conditions that she has been refreshingly open about in her book and podcast.”

The news coincides with an unexpected pause in his successful podcast, “MeSsy”which he hosts alongside Jamie-Lynn Sigler. Although the break was originally attributed to the promotion of her recent memoir, “You With the Sad Eyes,” the actress’ prolonged absence has raised concerns.

In recent interviews, Applegate confessed that the disease has taken her to the hospital more than 30 times in the last three yearsadmitting that sometimes chronic pain keeps her confined to her bed.

At 54 years old, Christina has become a symbol of resilience. His last public appearance was at the 2024 Emmy Awards, where he received a standing ovation. Despite the difficulties, the actress has reiterated that her greatest motivation continues to be her daughter Sadie, 15, for whom she fights every day to stay present.
