The Central Command of the United States Armed Forces (Centcom) announced that through an attack carried out with ballistic missiles and drones, The Iranian army surprised a US military unit located in Jordan.

In addition to causing the death of two soldiers, the offensive left four more injured and one missing.

From this, the DOS emphasizes in its statement that, from now on, any point in the world where American citizens are could be the target of an Iranian attack.

“US diplomatic facilities, including outside the Middle East, have been targeted. Groups supporting Iran could attack other US interests abroad or places related to the United States and/or US citizens around the world,” the document underlines.

To add further tension to what is happening in the Middle East, Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei, iranian supreme leader, warned that The United States would face “unforgettable consequences” in case they insist on continuing with the American bombings.

Unlike the first weeks of the war, by order of Trump, the military offensive in Iranian territory is now focusing on critical infrastructure, that is, bridges and railways, with the aim of isolating cities.
