When talking about his closest circle and the opinions that generate the most impact on his life, the singer Christian Nodal mentioned the salsa singer Mark Anthonywhom he referred to as an “older brother” who guides him during the complex stages of his career and private life.
According to the testimony of the regional Mexican performer, his love for music is not the only tie that unites him to the Puerto Rican. And since his move to the United States, he has shared his experience, advice and support in the hardest moments of his life.
“He has an open heart for the people he loves and has many years of career. A lot of things have happened to him in life and he is a person from whom I say, if I am going to take advice, it is going to be from this bastard.“, he expressed during his time on the podcast “What is music?”, hosted by Javier Paniagua.
Christian Nodal indicated that Marc Anthony’s advice is not limited to the professional level: “I see him as my older brother,” He sentenced and added: “He has gone through many issues and, from the spiritual side, from the musical side, whenever we sit down to talk, I take away many things from him.”
Without mentioning what personal situations he has helped him cope with, he stated that his support is not conditional nor does he spare time: “He always helps me, he is a regulator in my non-public life. Whenever I feel bad, when I get to be bad, I talk to him or write to him: ‘Friend, how are you to talk?'”he said.
In this sense, he added that one of the qualities that makes him seek the support of Marc Anthony is his energy: “He is one of those souls that you don’t know why, but he enters the room and already shares that energy with you”accurate.
In addition to his complicity with the Puerto Rican, Christian Nodal opened up about his future plans in the professional field, surprising more than one by confessing that he does not rule out the possibility of exploring his role as an actor and reaching the screens: “I would really like to act, I would really like to direct a movie or at least write a movie,” he explained.
“I see everything in steps, right? I have to have everything in my album well organized. Once the album is out and so on, I think I already have the possibility of seeing what panoramas there are,” he concluded during the talk.
