The Guerreros Buscadores de Jalisco collective reported that, during a search in the municipality of Tlajomulco, Jalisco, They located seven bags with human remainsin an area where said group had been insisting for 8 months that it be investigated.
The activists detailed that the first discovery of this day was recorded around 1:00 p.m. and, by 4:30 p.m., there were already seven bags that were found.
The remains were found at a depth of between one and two metersand to locate them it was necessary to use heavy machinery, which was provided by the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office, according to the newspaper Reforma.
Índira Navarro, spokesperson for the Guerreros Buscadores Collective of Jalisco, added that remains had been located for some time, but no intervention had been made, and she also announced that due to the size of the area, the work must be carried out with a detailed analysis.

“It should be mentioned that It was said that they had already removed remains and the construction company did not say anythingSomething similar to the needles, here the issue is that the property is very large, around 40 hectares, an analysis and context is being ordered to look for points of interest and work on them.” Índira Navarro reported.
The activist questioned what will happen to the construction company that works on the site, since its work continues, since the findings have been made at another point.
The property is located in Tlajomulco, a region dominated by the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) and where clandestine graves have been found before, as well as crematorium ovens allegedly used by organized crime to burn the remains of their victims.
It should be noted that Guerreros Buscadores de Jalisco was also the organization that warned about irregularities in the so-called Izaguirre ranch of Teuchitlán, a site used as a training camp by the CJNG.
The case led to the arrest of various people linked to the criminal structure previously led by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantesalias “El Mencho”including officials from Jalisco.
