Tom Brady and Logan Paul They starred in one of the most talked about moments of the Fanatics Fan Fest 2026, held in New York, after an exchange that ended with a slap from the former quarterback on the WWE star in front of the audience present.
Until now, there is no confirmation as to whether the episode responded to a genuine fight or if it was part of a promotional strategy linked to future projects of any of the protagonists.
The discussion occurred on stage during an event activity and forced the intervention of the NBA player, Karl-Anthony Townswho stood between them to prevent the confrontation from escalating. Although neither of them had a microphone at the time, released footage shows they continued to exchange words even after they were separated.
A rivalry that had been brewing for months
The clash in New York did not arise unexpectedly. The relationship between Brady and Logan Paul was already accumulating several episodes of tension caused by public statements made in different podcasts.
In one of those interventions, the seven-time Expansive Bowl champion questioned Paul’s career in professional wrestling. Brady described the career of the influencer turned fighter as “tender” and questioned whether he had the necessary strength to perform in the NFL.
The rivalry also moved to the field of play during a flag football game. On that occasion, Brady deliberately threw a ball at Logan Paul, an action that further fueled the exchange of provocations between the two and that now led to the incident recorded during the Fanatics Fan Fest.
The altercation caught the attention of the attendees and quickly began to circulate on social networks, although none of those involved have publicly clarified the origin of the discussion or whether there was any prior agreement to stage the moment.
Brady keeps his interest in WWE alive
Beyond the confrontation with Logan Paul, Tom Brady has recently reiterated that he would like to have a participation within the WWE, a possibility that had already been mentioned before WrestleMania 42.
According to what was revealed at that time, there were conversations about an eventual appearance of the historic quarterback, although the negotiations did not come to fruition.
In an interview with the podcast What Assemble You Wanna Talk About? Brady assured that he is still waiting for a proposal from the president of WWE, Slit Khan.
“I need an invitation. I’ve been waiting for a while for Slit Khan to come up with a story so I can participate.”
Meanwhile, the episode that occurred in New York adds a new chapter to the rivalry between Brady and Logan Paul, whose origin dates back to months of crossed statements and public confrontations that now had their moment of greatest tension during the Fanatics Fan Fest 2026.
