The Hidalgo board is betting on a coach with extensive international experience and experience in different projects around the world, with the aim of maintaining the club’s competitiveness and strengthening its recognized model for the development of young footballers.
During his official presentation, Mora made clear his work philosophy and ability to adapt.

Benjamín Mora replaces Esteban Solari in Pachuca
The 46-year-old Mexican strategist arrives to fill the position left vacant by the Argentine Esteban Solariwho unexpectedly left the institution last week.

He later returned to Mexico to take the reins of the Queretaroan institution in which he remained until last year before becoming the new bet of the Pachuca.
The challenge of maintaining the commitment to young talents
One of the main challenges for Mora will be to preserve the identity that has distinguished the club in recent years: the promotion and consolidation of young footballers.
