The recalled product comes from the manufacturer Champion Meals LLC who notified that one of their external suppliers warned about possible salmonella contamination in the milk powder, the main ingredient for the preparation of the breads.
Although the company claimed that the contaminated ingredient was tested and tested negative for salmonella contamination, Champion Meals decided to withdraw the cheese breads as a precaution, primarily seeking to ensure the safety of consumers.
The products recalled in the particular person version are those with UPC code 8 70375 00511 1 with expiration dates from February 4, 2027 to April 21, 2027, and those in the two-unit version have UPC code 8 70375 00509 8 with an expiration date between February 3, 2027 to March 25, 2027.
