Peter Simel, whose physical resemblance to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein is striking, will run with the goal of becoming mayor of Palm Seaside, Florida.
Almost seven years after the millionaire financier was found dead in a cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, located in The Massive Apple, New York, his name continues to be in vogue.
The 66-year-old New Yorker remained detained accused of managing a sex trafficking network with dozens of minors and was awaiting the start of a trial where his fate would be defined.
The controversial thing about this process is that it could involve millionaires, politicians and even members of European royalty, since it is believed that they were part of his network of clients who turned to him to request sexual services from minors.
Thanks to the recent publication of Epstein’s personal files, there was access to many documents, photographs, conversations through telephone messages and even videos, where famous people appear interacting with him and with an impressive variety of young girls who made up his exploitation network. However, no conclusive evidence has yet emerged to corroborate who paid to be with them.
In the midst of all this sea of disordered information pending to be analyzed, Peter Simel, a 71-year-old retired professional tennis player whose resemblance to Jeffrey Epstein causes confusion, appeared on social networks.
In fact, some of this Florida man’s followers came to believe that the sex offender had faked his death and had now chosen to reappear under a new identity.
However, it is proven that the characters in question are two different beings, although very similar in terms of their physical features.
Simel was born two years before Epstein and has been law-abiding practically his entire life now. intends to break into politics by running with the aim of obtaining the support of the residents of Palm Seaside, the Florida city where the Mar-a-Lago club owned by President Donald Trump was built.
“After much thought, I am announcing that I will run to be mayor of Palm Seaside in the upcoming 2028 election. My campaign will be built around issues that truly matter to the people of Palm Seaside. “I am excited to use my platform to do what is right for the community,” he wrote in a message shared on Instagram, a social network where more than 266,000 people began following him since he created said account on March 19.
On a website created with the aim of promoting his political campaign, Peter Simel often shares crazy ideas with the aim of gaining people’s sympathy, which range from offering free botox for residents, tennis classes and even water “imported” from New York to make pizzas and bagels, of course all of this if they support him with their vote and only if he manages to become their mayor.
