A 40-year-old Hispanic man wanted by an Amber Alert He now faces charges of murder and kidnapping of a minor.The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office reported this Thursday.
The suspect, identified as Rubén Fregoso Juárez, is accused of murdering his girlfriend, Marysol García, 36 years oldand kidnapping his daughter, Daleyza Fregoso, 5, before fleeing to Mexico.

In a press release, the prosecutor’s office reported that the Hispanic man He is charged with one count of murder and one misdemeanor count of child abuse. under circumstances or conditions other than serious bodily injury or death.

“A murder of a mother and the kidnapping of a little girl They constitute a type of violence that shocks the entire community“said Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hockman.
“I can’t imagine the pain and fear the innocent girl felt. being allegedly kidnapped after the murder of her mother,” he added.
Hochman mentioned that the defendant must appear in court in Los Angeles.

Rubén and Daleyza Fregoso They were last seen on the morning of Sunday, May 24, near the intersection of Alsace Avenue and Fendale Avenue, in the Arlington Heights neighborhood.
The following Monday, Marysol García was found lifeless inside her housein the 2600 block of Alsace Avenue, in West Adams, by Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) officers who responded to the home for a welfare check.

Images were released showing Rubén Fregoso, in the company of Daleyza, in a parking lot located in San Ysidro, near the border with Mexicowhere the Hispanic man is suspected of having escaped.
The vehicle in which they left Los Angeles, A white 2019 Land Rover Discovery SUV was found near the borderwithout traces of the father or the girl.
According to the authorities, It is believed that Rubén had made known his intentions to travel to Mexicowhich coincides with the place where the vehicle was found.
