Al Green, representative of Texas, responded to President Donald Trump’s accusations by describing him as a “mentally defective” whom he would miss not seeing more of in the remaining years of his term.

The New York tycoon’s comment arose as a result of the defeat that the New Orleans politician suffered against his colleague Christian Menefee, in the second round of the Democratic primaries for the 18th congressional district, based in Houston.

Assuming a sarcastic position, the nation’s leader took to the Reality Social platform to thank his political adversaries for freeing him from Al Green’s protests during his messages to the nation.

“Congratulations to the Democratic Party! Al Green, one of the most mentally deficient congressmen in the history of our country, has lost his seat in Congress by an overwhelming majority. “But I will miss that lunatic not yelling at me or violently waving his cane at me during my next State of the Union address,” he wrote.

On two occasions, the 78-year-old Democrat rose from the seat he occupied in Congress to attack the policies promoted by Trump and that meant he was evicted from the premises.

Despite having suffered a setback that will make it impossible for him to retain his place in the House of Representatives, Green turned to the social platform

I’m sorry to disappoint you, Mr. President, but you will hear from me again. I have plenty of time left in Congress to continue denouncing their corruption. Sincerely, your free, independent, brave and unscrupulous democrat. “Al Green, the people’s congressman,” he wrote.

It should be noted that, since 2005, Alexander N. Green has served as a representative, but since he no longer has the support of the Democratic community, he will have to step aside at the end of the period for which he was elected.
