A woman identified as Andrea Clarice Davis, 38, allegedly murdered his 10-year-old and 18-month-old children in a home in Phoenix, Arizonaafter starring in a violent episode at a Glendale sports bar, authorities reported.
According to Glendale Police, the events began shortly after midnight on Monday at the Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill establishment, where the woman’s husband, Nolan Davis, was with another 36-year-old woman, ABC 15 reported.
According to the authorities, Andrea Davis arrived at the scene and allegedly shot the woman as she attempted to leave the parking lot. The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a health center for treatment.
Police did not confirm what type of relationship existed between Nolan Davis and the injured woman.
The husband received a chilling message
After the shooting in Glendale, the woman fled in a gray SUV to a home in Phoenix, approximately two miles from the bar.
According to the story given by Nolan Davis to investigators, His wife sent him text messages warning him that she was going to hurt the children.
Minutes later, received a photograph that showed one of the minors bleeding from the head.
“The male victim later received a text message containing a photograph of one of the children bleeding,” Glendale Police said in statements cited by local media.
The children and mother were found dead in the home
Officers from the Glendale and Phoenix police departments quickly responded to the residence and arrived around 2:30 a.m. However, the authorities indicated that it was too late to save the minors.
The officers They found Andrea Davis and her two children dead inside the home.
“It’s very difficult to deal with this today. Nobody wants to see harm done to children,” Phoenix Police Sergeant Lorraine Fernandez told local media AZ Central.
Felicia Queen, identified as the cousin of the children’s father, told local media that Andrea Davis and her husband were in the process of separating.
The family asked for privacy while the investigations continue.
According to ABC 15, There were no previous reports of domestic violence related to the home or the couple in that area.
The crime scenes remain under investigation. The case that occurred at the bar is being handled by the Glendale Police, while the homicide investigation is being handled by the Phoenix Police Department.
