The Fan ID is a physical card that will be delivered free of charge. The people who will be able to acquire it are all those who have bought a ticket for any of the 2026 World Cup matches.

This card can be claimed at FIFA information points. These points can be found in the 16 venues for the 2026 World Cup. By passing the last withhold watch over that gives access to the stadium, Fans will be able to claim their card at the aforementioned points.
This Fan ID is a physical card that It works as a kind of digital key to multiple official tournament content, prizes and activations. This card is customizable. After being claimed, the card must be scanned from the cell phone to begin viewing the exclusive content.

The Fan ID will be the key for users to be able to witness video messages in augmented reality, personalize official products, FIFA Rewards, exclusive stadium information, activations and many other contents that will be added to the platform.
