The event, organized by Heritage Auctions in Dallas and online, seeks to honor the performer’s legacy by supporting a cause close to his heart.
According to Web page Six, The collection encompasses approximately 130 objects that trace Perry’s life from his childhood to his rise to stardom.
Among the most notable objects are souvenirs from “Mates”, such as a batch of 26 key episode scriptsincluding the closing of the series and the script for the pilot episode autographed by the entire cast, when the show was still provisionally titled “Six of One.”
They also highlight a replica of the famous yellow peephole frame in Monica’s apartment and her Show masks Actors Guild (SAG) award.
In addition to television memorabilia, The auction stands out for Perry’s valuable artistic collection. Among the objects that will go on sale are works by renowned urban artist Banksy, such as “Girl with Balloon” and “Nola,” whose estimated value is around one million dollars.
His fanaticism for Batman is also reflected in pieces such as a luxurious Memorigin watch with the superhero’s emblem and a personalized ping-pong table.
The funds raised will go entirely to the Foundation Matthew Perrycreated after his death in 2023 at age 54 due to the acute effects of ketamine. The organization is dedicated to combating the stigma of addiction and expanding access to rehabilitation treatment, a struggle that marked the actor’s life.
