The developers explained that the building was conceived as a mixed-use complex, integrating housing, offices, hotels and commercial spaces in a single structure.

The distribution will include:

  • 22 floors of residential apartments
  • 10 levels for a luxury hotel
  • 4 commercial plants

One of the most striking elements of the Rise Tower will be its exterior design. The building will have a glass façade with thermal regulation, designed to reduce the impact of heat and improve energy efficiency.

The project also seeks to stand out for its environmental focus.
