The preliminary hearing to find out if the singer D4vd is prosecuted for the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernández was scheduled for June 29, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge announced.
That date will begin the preliminary hearing process, that will determine whether or not there is cause to initiate a trial against David Anthony Burkeknown by the stage name D4vd, accused of killing the 14-year-old Hispanic teenager.
