Chávez will report on Monday along with the other five players, such as Jorge Sánchez of PAOK of Greece, Mateo Chávez of AZ Alkhamar and Orbelín Pineda of AEK of Greece, who also decided not to rest for a week in accordance with FIFA regulations.
These players hope to have action against Ghana on May 22 in the city of Puebla in the first of Mexico’s three preparation games before the World Cup debut next June 11 at the Banorte stadium.
