In a recent meeting with the press, Diego Boneta spoke about how he is experiencing his breakup with actress Renata Notni. Boneta stated that it is a process full of “ups and downs.”
“Look, I think I’m like any other person, right? We go through this and, well, relationships and such, of course there are ups and downs. At the end of the day, I’m like any other person,” said the actor from the series “Luis Miguel.”
Reporters asked him if he had blocked his ex-partner from social media or messaging apps and he answered no. He stated that “he doesn’t play those games.”
The actor explained that, after sharing so many years together, they both seek to leave things on good terms.
“I think that precisely, at least on my side, after being with someone for so long, you want to be able to leave things well. And I think that we are both on that same plane”
The couple made their breakup public with a joint statement in which they made it clear that the decision was made “from love, respect and the desire to continue growing individually,” a line that Boneta has maintained in each of his statements.
It was at the end of 2020 when Diego Boneta and Renata Notni began a relationship that quickly established itself as one of the most stable in Mexican entertainment. However, in 2026, both confirmed the end of their story after more than five years together, news that surprised their followers.
Faced with questions from the press, Boneta left a reflection on accepting the changes: “I believe that if there is something that happens in this life, it is changes. And you have to have the best disposition, have the best attitude and take it one day at a time.”
