Grammy-winning pop superstar Ariana Grande is preparing to conquer the summer with the release of new music. At 32 years old, the singer confirmed that her long-awaited eighth studio album, titled “Petal”, will arrive on digital platforms and physical stores. next July 31 through Republic Data.
Before the album’s release, fans will be able to enjoy the first single: “I hate that I made you adore me”, which will be available on Friday, May 29. The song can now be pre-ordered through its official store.
A very private topic
Ariana shared her excitement on social media when announcing the single. In an Instagram post, he wrote:
“One of my favorite songs I will ever write, produced by my favorite collaborators and most beloved human beings in the world: the brilliant Ilya, the one and only Max Martin (and me). I just can’t wait for it to be yours.”
The song was produced and co-written by Ariana with ILYAwho are also involved in the overall production of Petal. This new album comes as a successor to “Eternal Sunshine” (2024) and its deluxe edition, “Brighter Days Forward”.
