Victoria Beckham took advantage of the 51st birthday of her husband, former footballer David Beckham, to dedicate some nice words to him on his Instagram account.
With a selection of images that review the couple’s history, Victoria accompanied each publication with a message: “You are our world, our everything. We love you so much!”wrote the 52-year-old businesswoman.
But the tribute did not end there: “Happy birthday to the best husband, dad, son, brother and friend. To the kindest and most generous soul. We will pamper you all day. “No one deserves it more than you.”.
Among the snapshots shared by Victoria, one in particular generated a stir: a photo in which David appears wearing a tiny red swimsuitleaving little to the imagination and boasting a sculpted physique that many would envy at 51 years old.
The image, taken during one of their holidays together, shows that the former England captain remains in top shape. Along with this most daring photograph, Victoria also published a tender image of David as a childholding a soccer ball, as well as several images of both of them when they were younger.
How did you celebrate your birthday?
According to Day-to-day Mail, David began the celebration on Friday night with an intimate dinner at The Dorchester lodge in London, accompanied by his mother Sandra, his father Ted, his sisters and Victoria’s parents. However, none of his children were present at that evening, although Romeo, Cruz and Harper later joined in with messages on social networks.
Romeo, 22, shared two photos from his childhood with his father and wrote: “Happy birthday dad, I love you so much. My best friend.” Cruz, 21, posted images on a yacht with a brief “Happy birthday, I love you.” And Harper, 14, dedicated a tender “Happy birthday to the best dad in the whole world.”
The most notable absence, once again, was that of his eldest son Brooklyn, with whom the family has maintained a distance for a year, after a dispute that Victoria recently described as “a complicated year.”
