Although a few weeks ago Christian Nodal confirmed that the religious wedding with Ángela Aguilar was postponed, a new report claims that the two would be closer to the altar. According to journalist Flor Rubio, during the program “Venga la Alegría”the two are preparing for their marriage this May.
“Yes, the wedding is coming and it is the month of May,” Rubio said on the television show. In addition, he explained that the information comes from a private fan account of Ángela Aguilar that usually handles true data.
Another piece of information that Rubio revealed is that this celebration would not be so big, rather they are thinking about a more intimate meeting for security reasons.
“Maybe it won’t be the big party they had planned for security reasons, but apparently the wedding is coming“said the journalist.
The decision to reduce the event would respond to the delicate situation of insecurity that affects the region. It should be remembered that in February 2026 a shooting was recorded near Pepe Aguilar’s ranch, which would have forced the couple to rethink the logistics of their religious wedding.
The couple married civilly on July 24, 2024, dfter intense rumors and criticism, since Christian Nodal had recently ended his relationship with Cazzu.
Separation rumors
In recent days, rumors of separation have marked the couple, after journalist Gustavo Adolfo Infante stated that they are going through a strong marital crisis.
In his speech, Infante highlighted that at this time, the interpreter of “De los kisses que te di” was facing problems with his record label and his parents, which would have led to tensions between the two.
Added to this, Nodal was criticized by his followers after the premiere of the music video “Vals”, due to the model’s resemblance to Cazzu, Nodal’s ex-partner and mother of his daughter Inti. Later the model came out to clarify that she had been deceived and that they promised her that she would not be the protagonist of the video clip. He even mentioned that Nodal’s team had not completed payment for their work.
At the moment, neither of the two singers have confirmed or hinted at anything about their religious connection.
