The leading streaming platform, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026, made its historical ranking public for the first time, confirming the absolute dominance of the Pennsylvania singer-songwriter in world digital consumption.
The report, released on April 23, places Swift at the top of the podium, surpassing internationally renowned figures.
The High 5 of the artists with the most views of all time is completed with the Puerto Rican Notorious Bunny in second place—the only Latino in the ranking—, followed by drake, The Weeknd and Ariana Grande.
Swift’s success not only responds to her prolific recent production, but also to her ability to mobilize a massive fan base in the age of streaming.
Although Swift dominates as an artist, other names lead specific categories. Notorious Bunny He holds the record for the most listened to album with “Un Verano Sin Ti”, which has almost 22 billion views.
For its part, The Weeknd wins the title of the most played song in history thanks to its worldwide success “Blinding Lights“.
The ranking also highlights the longevity of bands like Coldplaywhose song “Yellow“ (2000) is the oldest in the High 20, and the dizzying rise of recent hits like “Die With a Smile“ of Girl Gaga and Bruno Mars.
