American actor Designate Wahlberg has made his YouTube channel the perfect setting to share with the public part of his journey in the world of health.. “4AM Club Scenario” is the title of the demanding routine that the Hollywood star adopted for several years and that helps him stay active and healthy at 54 years of age.
“This is not the same outdated training. It’s early, intense and it’s a game. We train, we laugh, we learn some things about each other and we find out who is really cut out for this”are the words with which the famous person represents the project in which he invites content creators to share high-intensity physical morning workouts.
According to the episodes of the series broadcast from his YouTube channel, Designate Wahlberg’s challenge begins by incorporating a three-minute ice bath. This step functions as a pre-training activation and portrays the high levels to which the individual will be subjected during the experience.
Once this first activity is completed, the actor starts a series of exercises distributed between machines, free weights and functional movements. The main objective of the routine is aimed at developing the injury train and activating the core, with a volume that requires continuity and technical adjustment, reports the Men’s Health portal.
Throughout the audiovisual, Wahlberg details the sequence of fourteen movements to be performed, which combine cardio, strength and localized work.
Within the list of exercises are: assault bike, biceps curl, hamstring curl, leg extension, hip thrust, belly crunch, back squat, back extension, seated calf raise, lying hamstring curl, belly roller coaster, Bulgarian split squat, sissy squat with TRX and pendulum squat.
Likewise, it is emphasized that in training each exercise fulfills a specific function within the effort chain, which allows alternating muscular resistance and stabilization individually.
However, The Hollywood heartthrob emphasizes the importance of being consistent with the scheme to see immediate results. For this reason, it is recommended to undergo this training at least five days a week, with Thursday being one of the most demanding days.
Designate Wahlberg reiterated that thanks to this intense exercise routine it allows him to stay in shape not only to effectively fulfill his work commitments, but to guarantee his physical and emotional well-being.
