Both characters became so close that Carlson was even mentioned as one of Melania Trump’s options to recommend him to be part of her husband’s cabinet. as soon as he guaranteed his return to the White House. However, as the weeks went by, this option was diluted until it remained only anecdotal.
Then there was a breaking point in their relationship after the US president’s order to bomb Iran.something Carlson has never agreed on.
Therefore, from practically serving as one of its promoters, he ended up becoming one of its high-level detractors.
In the most recent episode of his podcast, the Californian presenter took responsibility for having promoted the Republican politician, which turned out to be a deception for citizens.
