Behind the project Avatar 12 There is a powerful industrial alliance that mixes manufacturing experience, technological development and next-generation batteries. The result is a model that seeks to compete at the top, but without the exclusivity label that usually drives up prices.

Its arrival on the market did not go unnoticed. In just 36 hours it managed to accumulate 6,700 orders, a figure that speaks for itself about the interest it arouses. Now, with its updated version, it reinforces its proposal with improvements in several key aspects.

Large design and imposing presence

On an aesthetic level, it maintains an elegant and modern silhouette, with some tweaks to the lighting and bumpers that give it a more refined look. Its proportions make it clear that it plays in the league of large sedans, with 5,020 mm long, 1,999 mm wide and 1,460 mm high, in addition to a wheelbase of 3,020 mm.

Inside, the focus is on comfort. The materials are of good quality and the design prioritizes an immersive technological experience.

They highlight a 15.6-inch central screen and another that extends throughout the cabin with 35.4 inches. In the rear, two passengers enjoy individual seats with heating, ventilation and massage functions.

Record autonomy and power to spare

The plug-in hybrid version is the main protagonist in terms of range. Thanks to the combination of a thermal engine and an electric system, it achieves up to 1,260 km of total autonomy. In completely electric mode it can travel about 350 km, supported by a 52.01 kWh battery and a configuration that delivers 536 HP.

For those seeking zero emissions, there is also 100% electric variants. These use a 800 volt architecture that allows quick recharges, going from 30% to 80% in just 10 minutes.

Mechanical options range from 673 HP up to an impressive 955 HP in the most radical version, with a 98.07 kWh battery that can reach up to 735 km of autonomy.

Technology that looks to the future

Another of the strong points of the Avatr 12 is the technological deployment. It incorporates three high-precision LiDAR sensors, along with multiple radars and cameras that allow advanced driving assistance functions. The idea is to get closer to a level of autonomous driving both in the city and on the highway.

One of the most striking aspects is its price. The hybrid version starts at approximately $36,800, while the more equipped variants exceed $39,000. In the case of electric models, the range starts around $38,000 dollars and can reach $54,000 dollars in the most complete configurations.

For now, its marketing is focused on China, but international expansion does not seem far away.
