A 36-year-old businesswoman was found dead inside her vehicle in Atlanta after being shot multiple times. The police are investigating the case as a homicide and are looking for clues to find the person responsible.

The victim, Qualeisha Barnes, 36, was found with multiple gunshot wounds inside her vehicle on a street in Atlanta, Georgia, Officer Christopher Butler told Atlanta Data Now.

The discovery occurred around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, when authorities located the woman in the driver’s seat of her white Vary Rover Sport.

Attack from outside

Atlanta police reported that The attacker allegedly fired from outside the vehiclefatally impacting Barnes.

So far, a suspect has not been identified nor the circumstances that led to the crime, which is being investigated as a homicide, have been clarified.

Barnes was CEO of an online store known as So Siditty Boutique and was also recognized on social media and in her community.

Originally from Detroit, she also worked as a rapper and was close to graduating from nursing school, according to those close to her.
