In an email, sent on Friday, April 3, the agency included it unintentionally in a press release sent to the media to announce the grand prize winners.
California Lottery identified Raúl Servellon de Leo as the winner of the SuperLotto Plus lottery draw on November 29, 2025, with a prize of $12 million dollars.

In their statement, officials provided the name of the store that issued the winning ticket, King Wine & Liquor 2but they provided a residential address, while the business is at 2346 Fruitridge Street, in the city of Sacramento.
