Just hours before the concert, the singer took to her social networks to break the devastating news to her followers. “I am very sorry to share that I cannot perform tonight. and I have to cancel the concert,” he wrote on his Instagram story.
Gaga explained that she had been fighting the infection for the past few days, trying to rest and recover, but her health condition worsened. “My doctor strongly advised me not to act today and, to be honest, I don’t think I can give them the quality of a performance that you deserve,” said the star.
Sad at the cancellation
The interpreter did not hide her frustration and sadness at the cancellation, especially because of the love she has for the city and its fans. “I know how deeply disappointing this is.. And I really couldn’t feel worse for having let them down,” he added.
The star confessed that she is “absolutely devastated” and regretted the last-minute announcement.
The “Mayhem Ball” tour, which supports their Grammy-winning album “Mayhem,” It began in July in the United States and has taken Gaga through Europe and Australia.
It is not the first time that health problems have interrupted the tour: in September 2025, he had to postpone a concert in Miami due to vocal problems. After a holiday break, the tour resumed in January in Japan and had recently returned to North America.
If your health allows, Gaga hopes to close the “Mayhem Ball” next week as planned. The concerts are scheduled for Thursday and Friday in Saint Paul, culminating next Monday with a grand finale at the emblematic Madison Square Backyard in New York.
