The president Donald Trump pressures the media about the informant who offered details of a missing Air Force element in Iranin addition to providing details about the rescue of another American soldier.

“We are looking very hard for that leaker”The president said at a press conference. “We think we can find out.” […]. Because we are going to contact the media outlet that published it and we will tell them: ‘National Security, hand him over or you will go to jail.'”

The president indicated that the publication of the information about the missing soldier complicated the operation to rescue him, after Iran offered a reward for the American soldier.

“They basically said we have one and there’s another one missing. Well, they didn’t know anyone was missing. Someone missing until this leaker gave the information. So whoever knows, we think we’ll be able to find out,” Trumop added. “Suddenly [los iraníes] They knew there was someone out there.. […] The operation became very complicated because someone leaked information. […] In fact, Iran issued an important notice — everyone saw it — offering a large reward to whoever captures the pilot.”

John Ratcliffe, exposed details about the military and intelligence operation in Iran to rescue American soldiers, particularly those who were lost in Iranian territory. The “covert” operation, he said.

“Following the president’s instructions, we deployed human resources and sophisticated technologies, which no other intelligence service in the world possesses, to face an ambitious challenge, comparable to searching for a single grain of enviornment in the middle of the desert,” the official said. “In addition to the human and technical resources deployed by the president to find our airman, the CIA carried out a campaign of deception to confuse the Iranians, who were desperately searching for him.”

Trump highlighted Ratfcliffe’s work in the operation to rescue the soldier in the Iranian mountains.

“‘They said: ‘We see something moving 40 miles away, the head of a human being. I’m telling you it’s moving,'” the CIA director reportedly said. “And suddenly, forty five minutes later, it moved a lot […]. We had an idea where it was, but not exactly. […] So I also want to thank the CIA,” Trump added.

The limit for Iran: Tuesday the 7th at 8:00 pm ET

The president maintained his warning against Iran of more attacks on Tuesday, April 7 at 8:00 pm ETwhich will focus on bridges and power plants.

“We are giving them until tomorrow at eight in the morning, Eastern time, and after that, they will not have bridges. They will not have power plants. They will be like in the Stone Age, yes,” he launched. “We can bomb it mercilessly. We can knock them out.”

Trump affirmed that the US Army has defeated several fronts of the Iranian military forceso it is possible to maintain greater attacks.

“We can knock out their army. We have already done it. We have knocked out their navy. We have knocked out their air force, we have completely knocked out 158 ships in three days. We have even knocked out their mine throwers. They no longer have mine throwers, but they put them on other ships so they could throw mines,” he said. “For 47 years they’ve been fooling other presidents, and they haven’t done the job. And people live in hell. […] They have no navy, no air force, no anti-aircraft weapons. They don’t have radar. They have no communication. In fact, the biggest problem we have in our negotiation is that they cannot communicate.”

Trump criticizes NATO

The president once again criticized NATO membersfor not assisting in operations against Iran, particularly to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.

He announced that he will meet with leaders of that organization on Wednesday.

“I have to tell you that I am very disappointed with NATO”explained the president. “They come to see me on Wednesday. They’re going to say, oh, we’ll do this. We’ll do that. Now all of a sudden they want to send things.”

The president gave as an example the United Kingdom and Germany, both members of NATO, for not agreeing to participate in operations.

“They said it loud and clear at the beginning, when I saw the United Kingdom, of all people, I would have said that they would have been the first, because they have been the oldest. And I said, yes, I would love to have a little help,” he said. “They said, no, sir, we’d rather wait until you win. I said, I don’t need help after we win, they have two old, broken aircraft carriers that barely work.”
