Summer is just around the corner and, to enjoy the hottest season of the year, the convenience store chain 7-Eleven will launch a promotion on soft drinks for only $1.

Through a statement published this week, the retailer specialized in basic food items, drugstores, soft drinks and own brand products began its countdown to the launch of “Slurpee Day”, a proposal that aims to maintain it throughout the summer.

According to the company, members affiliated with its 7Rewards and Rapidly Rewards loyalty program You can enjoy large Slurpee drinks every day of the week from 3 pm to 6 pm for just $1 in their “Slurpee Happy Hour” promotion.

In this regard, Brandon Brown, senior vice president of fresh food and beverages at 7-Eleven, said in a statement that ““Slurpee Day is a can’t-miss tradition for our customers, and the countdown is just as exciting as the big day.” The promotion will be valid until August 25 at 7-Eleven locations and other stores.

7-Eleven also announced to its customers that it will introduce an exclusive Slurpee flavor this year; It is an Arizona iced tea with blue raspberry, which will cost Ninety 9 cents.

This year, the retailer is hosting a national sweepstakes where rewards program members ages 16 and older will be able to participate by purchasing participating products or playing the “Slurp, Snack, Win” game.

People who wish to sign up for the free 7Rewards program can do so through the 7-Eleven application and thus enjoy their offers, discounts and promotions, in addition to earning points on purchases.
