Eiza González once again left her followers and Hollywood speechless, but this time not because of a glamorous dress on a red carpet, but because an impressive body change for a new project.
The Mexican actress revealed a preview of his new physical transformationcharacterized by remarkably defined musculature, as part of its preparation to star in the movie “Iron Jane”.
Through their social networks, González shared a photograph that shows months of arduous training and a strict diet.
“IRON JANE. Welcome to the world of bodybuilding. I am very proud to tell Jane’s story.; “This trip is very special for me,” wrote the 36-year-old interpreter, confirming that this project represents one of the most significant challenges of her career.
The film, directed by Lissette Feliciano, tells the story of Janie, a young woman who finds in bodybuilding a way to fetch away and empowerment after a childhood marked by abandonment.
According to the production details, The film will not only show the aesthetics of muscle, but will also explore the psychological pressures and sacrifice that women face in this sport.
To achieve the physique of an elite competitor, Eiza has followed a regimen that includes lifting weights four to six days a weekunder the supervision of experts in nutrition and high performance training.
In addition to González, the cast will include the participation of Brandon Sklenar, known for his work in the series “1923.”
With this radical change, Eiza González joins the list of method actresses who transform their bodies to give realism to their charactersreaffirming its commitment to stories that challenge conventional standards of female beauty. The film will be presented internationally at the prestigious Marché du Film from the Cannes Film Festival.
