The case of the murder of the former beauty queen Carolina Flores continues to generate new lines of investigation and controversy, after relatives of the victim indicated that the crime could be related to a millionaire inheritance.

According to information published by media such as the Vanguardia site, The young woman’s uncles suggest that both her husband and her mother-in-law had planned the murder with the aim of keeping the money that the model received after the death of her father.

According to these versions, Carolina Flores would have obtained compensation of more than two million dollars, which, for her relatives, could have become the main motive for the crime.

The victim’s mother confirmed that her daughter did receive a substantial sum, although she avoided specifying the amount for security reasons.
