Netflix revealed the first images of “Enola Holmes 3”the long-awaited third installment of the action-adventure saga starring Millie Bobby Brown. The photographs confirm what many followers suspected: Enola and Lord Tewkesbury, played by Louis Partridge, will get married.
The platform also announced that The film will be released worldwide on July 1.
What does the synopsis say?
According to the official synopsis, The new adventure will take the intrepid detective to Maltawhere your personal and professional dreams will collide head-on.
“As Enola tries to juggle a case more complex and dangerous than any she has faced before with the next steps in her relationship with Tewkesbury, the action is about to begin“, reads the platform’s statement.
The tramto promises to explore the difficult balance between love and the detective vocationwith a mystery that will test both your wits and your heart.
Along with Millie Bobby Brown and Louis Partridge, the film will feature the return of Henry Cavill as the iconic Sherlock Holmes, Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes, Himesh Patel as Doctor John Watson and Sharon Duncan-Brewster in the role of Moriarty.
In “Enola Holmes 2” (2022), the protagonist opened her own detective agency and solved a case inspired by the historic match girls’ strike of 1888 in London.
One of the most notable changes is the direction: Philip Baranti, known for his work in the series “Youth”, he takes over from Harry Bradbeer, who directed the first two films. However, the script remains in the hands of Jack Thorne, who already collaborated with Baranti on “Youth” and remains faithful to the Nancy Springer books on which the saga is based.
