Armando González is one of the main figures in Mexican soccer. The Aztec striker is the offensive leader of Chivas de Guadalajara. The “Ant” has generated a lot of excitement among the club’s followers. González’s performance would promote a significant investment from Lisbon Carrying.
The 23-year-old attacker has maintained a good scoring level since the Apertura 2025. In the Clausura 2026 he has improved his records. This has not gone unnoticed among European clubs. González has been linked to several teams on the Old Continent. The one that would have had a concrete approach is Lisbon Carrying.

It is very likely that Armando González will be called up by Javier Aguirre for the 2026 World Cup. In business terms it is likely that Some European club tries to close a transaction before the World Cup. A good World Cup could revalue his record and make his transfer more complex.
