Andy Sachs is no longer the insecure assistant who ordered coffee. Now, she is the one who attends the red carpet. Anne Hathaway dazzled this Monday night at the world premiere of “The Satan Wears Prada 2,” celebrated in New York, with a look that paid tribute to the iconic color of cinema and haute couture.
The actress, who reprises her role as the ingenue turned fashion executive, She appeared in a spectacular strapless red silk dresswhich she combined with Bulgari jewelry and matching platform sandals, as explained by Online page Six.
The design, with a structured bodice and ankle-length 3D pleated flared skirt, dHer shoulders were exposed, framed by a hairstyle with loose, natural waves..

But Hathaway was not the only one to wear the color code of the night. His co-star Meryl Streep, who plays Runway’s fearsome editor-in-chief Miranda Priestlyalso appeared on the carpet… in red, of course. Streep opted for a scarlet cape that she complemented with black gloves and dark sunglasses, maintaining the air of authority that characterizes her.
The New York premiere brought together a cast of figures who paraded to impress: Emily Blunt, Simone Ashley, Paige DeSorbo, Heidi Klum and Winnie Harlow, among many others, joined the celebration.

A haute couture promotional tour
The premiere in New York is just one more stop on a world tour that has been packed with fashion. Hathaway and Streep have already passed through Mexico City, Seoul and Shanghai.
The film has only brought good news to its cast. In fact, Streep poses on the May cover of Vogue alongside Anna Wintour (Miranda Priestly’s true inspiration) and Hathaway was crowned the most beautiful person of the year by Folk magazine.
In the interview, the actress revealed her beauty secrets to shine at events like this: massages to sculpt the face, good lighting and, above all, “being aware of your own stillness” on the red carpet.
“The Satan Wears Prada 2” promises a sequel full of style and iconic moments that will endure in pop culture.
