Two weeks after what is already considered “the royal wedding of the United States,” The best kept secrets of the marriage between pop superstar Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce are beginning to come to light.
Close friends and attendees of the exclusive event shared unpublished details with media such as Page Six of what they described as a “truly legendary night” inside New York’s Madison Square Garden.
The ceremony, held on July 3 before more than 1,000 guests, completely transformed the sports venue into an enchanted forest with pink carpets, elegant chandeliers and soft lighting.
According to on-site sources, one of the most emotional and surprising moments of the afternoon occurred during the exchange of promises. The bride and groom read their vows from gold-covered books, lasting about 20 minutes each.. In a tender and unexpected twist, Taylor herself sang a section of her wedding vows, moving everyone present.
The mysticism of the gala was also marked by the selection of its main roles. The iconic actor and comedian Adam Sandler, a friend of the couple, was in charge of officiating the legal and spiritual union.
Breaking with traditional patterns, the couple dispensed with a large wedding party: Austin Swift, brother of the singer, served as “honorary godfather,” while Jason Kelce, brother of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, was the official godfather. Likewise, the daughters of Jason and Kylie Kelce touched the audience in their role as bridesmaids.
After the emotional “yes, I want”, The celebration moved to the Garden’s living floor, taking on the electrifying energy of a private music festival. Sources confirmed that the evening featured live performances by industry legends such as Sir Paul McCartney, Stevie Nicks, Avril Lavigne and Ice Spice, who extended the celebration into the early hours of the morning.
The gastronomic offer was in charge of Zero Bondone of Swift’s favorite restaurants in The NY, delighting celebrities and athletes with open bars of premium sushi and fine Italian cuisine.
