According to OpenPayrolls, the largest public salary database in the United States, designed for transparency, Robert Richard Pfalzgraf has worked at the same location for nearly six years and, as a deputy chief in Duval County, earns an annual salary of around $290,000.
Likewise, in the Florida Department of Health there is information mentioning that the doctor in question is also licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and New Mexico
The only police record linked to Dr. Pfalzgraf indicates that, in June 2021, he was arrested in Florida for driving under the influence of alcohol and after threatening to kill another driver.
Although he pleaded not guilty to the crimes with which he was accused, he ended up being sentenced to 12 months of probation.
From then on, there was no sign of inappropriate behavior linked to Robert Richard Pfalzgraf and until now it is unknown the reason that led him to mock the head of the nation, as well as whether the Florida authorities will sanction him.
